Niue is divided into 14 villages. In the context of Niue, a "village" is not just a group of dwellings, but has
delimited boundaries and local government (a village council). Niue census reports are broken down by village. Thanks

Territorial extent:
There is a quadripoint—a point where four villages meet. The villages are Alofi South, Avatele, Hakupu, and
Tamakautoga. Even more exciting, there is a quintipoint where Alofi North, Lakepa, Makefu, Mutalau, and Tuapa meet.
