FIPS PUB 10-4 Change Notice 13 was issued on 2008-02-04. It adds the FIPS country code for Saint Barthélemy.

In a referendum held on 2003-12-07, Saint Martin and Saint Barthélemy voted overwhelmingly to become overseas collectivities under Article 74 of the French Constitution. The change took effect on 2007-07-15. Formerly, they had both been communes of Guadeloupe.
