According to the Priority Results of the Fifth Sudan Population and Housing Census, the area that is now South Sudan was divided
into 79 districts as of 2008. With the secession of South Sudan in 2011, their status was changed to counties. There were some
obvious spelling errors in the report, which I have corrected in this table, but that suggests that there may be some I didn't
catch.
