2. Ethiopia: Confirmation that Dire Dawa is a separate division.
3. Papua New Guinea: Future autonomy for Bougainville.

1. FIPS has issued Change Notice No. 7 to FIPS PUB 10-4. Countries affected by these changes are Belgium, Burundi, India, Indonesia, South Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Lithuania (updated in February); and Côte d'Ivoire (departments), Ethiopia, Guinea, Macedonia, Romania, Tanzania, Uganda, United Kingdom, and Uzbekistan.
