Changes to site:

1. The dialing code for Pitcairn Island has changed, because of new procedures at Inmarsat . On this occasion, I've decided that it makes more sense to have international dialing country codes on the Country codes page than on the alphabetical index pages as they were up till now. I also reviewed the other dialing codes and found a few other changes.
