Update 16 to the U.S. standard GEC is dated 2014-06-30. It removes the codes for the divisions of Fiji (but not the dependency), and assigns codes to the provinces.
The Geopolitical Entities, Names and Codes standard (GENC), in an update dated 2014-09-30, revoked the division codes and assigned province codes. ISO 3166-2, in an update dated 2014-10-30, assigned the same codes as GENC did to the provinces, but without revoking the division codes.
The secondary administrative divisions of Fiji are provinces. Rotuma is a dependency, not part of any province. I have listed it along with the provinces, for complete coverage of Fiji.
