Changes affecting status:

1. Egypt: Two governorates merged with others. Added to change history.
2. Finland: One region merged with another.
3. Uganda: New districts created.

Other data added:

There were three updates to "Geopolitical Entities and Codes" (formerly FIPS 10-4) issued in February, April, and August 2011. I have updated the pages for the countries affected: Bahamas, Cuba, Finland, Macau, Macedonia, Maldives, Mauritania, New Zealand, Qatar, Taiwan, Timor-Leste, and Uganda.

Historical changes ca. 1950 in Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Mauritius, Mozambique.

1. Switzerland: Updated population to 2010 census.

1. None as yet.

Time zones:

1. Belarus: Moved to UTC+3 year-round.
2. Canada: Newfoundland now changes its clocks at the same hour as the other provinces.
3. Ukraine: Moved to UTC+3 year-round.
