Changes affecting status:

1. Denmark: Reorganized into five regions.
2. India: State names changed.
3. Russia: Evenk and Taymyr merged with Krasnoyarsk. This qualifies Krasnoyarsk for a high position on the largest area list.

Other data added:

1. Denmark: Added new NUTS codes.
2. Iceland: Updated populations and areas.
3. Russia: The date for the merger of Kamchatka and Koryak has been advanced from 2008-01-01 to 2007-07-01.
4. Wallis and Futuna: New info about capitals.

Secondary divisions:

1. Denmark: Reorganized into 99 municipalities. Added municipality codes and populations.
2. Iceland: Decided to use municipalities instead of counties.
