ISO 3166-2 Newsletter I-8 has updated ISO codes for primary subdivisions of these countries: Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahrain, Barbados, Chad, Côte d'Ivoire, Dominica, Grenada, Iran, Italy, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Montenegro, Nauru, Palau, Russian Federation, Rwanda, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, San Marino, Serbia, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, and United Kingdom.

1. Egypt: added 2006 census data
2. France: added "HASC-like" codes for the regions

Secondary divisions:

1. France: changed HASC codes for 16 arrondissements
